Chief Minister launches Billing Paragliding Association’s website
On Friday evening, Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu launched the official website of the Billing Paragliding Association. During the launch, the Chief Minister highlighted the potential of paragliding in Himachal Pradesh.

World’s best paragliding site at Bir-Billing
Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu mentioned that Himachal Pradesh boasts of the world’s best paragliding site at Bir-Billing in Kangra. Several international competitions, including pre-world cup paragliding championships, have taken place there. Additionally, other paragliding sites in the state include Bandla Dhar in Bilaspur district and Solang near Manali.
State government encourages adventure sports
The Chief Minister stated that the state government is actively exploring all possibilities to encourage adventure sports in Himachal Pradesh. He assured that the government would initiate measures to boost the adventure sports sector in the state.
Website launch to boost adventure tourism
