Four of these got bail from the Hamirpur court last month. However, after the judicial custody of Uma Azad, Nitin Azad, Nikhil Azad, and Sanjeev Kumar ended on Wednesday, they were produced again in court. The court again sent all four to judicial custody till March 14.
Current Status:
Vigilance has come across strong evidence regarding the paper leak of the Drawing Master recruitment exam. A third FIR will be registered soon in the case. The four accused have been sent to judicial custody till March 14. Uma’s elder son Nitin had applied for bail in the High Court, but the court postponed the hearing considering the seriousness of the matter. All the eight accused will be produced in the court on April 13, which will also include those accused who have got bail.
