State Government Takes Firm Action Against Exam Malpractices

In an effort to maintain the integrity of exams and promote honest and hardworking students, the state government has adopted a zero-tolerance policy towards exam malpractices. Education Minister Rohit Thakur recently issued directions to all private and government institutions to take strict measures to prevent any use of unfair means during exams.

Serious Concern for the Government

Education Minister Rohit Thakur emphasized that exam malpractices are a serious concern as they undermine the entire purpose of conducting exams. He stated that it is the state government’s duty to ensure that exams are free and fair and that proactive measures are taken to prevent malpractices.

High-Level Committee to Check and Prevent Unfair Means

To ensure fair exams, the state government has directed the formation of a special high-level committee at the university or education institution level to check and prevent the use of unfair means in exams. The committee will be held accountable if any malpractices are found to be in use.

Strictest Action Possible Against Cheaters

The Education Minister also directed Vice-Chancellors of all private universities to prevent unfair means during exams. Cheaters involved in exam malpractices will face the strictest action possible. To conduct fair exams, the number of flying squads will be increased to make surprise visits and checks during exams.

Senior Education Officers to Keep Vigil

In addition, senior officers of the education department have been directed to keep a vigil, as the state government takes the use of unfair means in exams seriously and will not make any compromises.

Overall, the state government is committed to upholding the sanctity of exams and ensuring that honest and hardworking students are given a fair chance to succeed.
